Business Troubleshooting

Our troubleshooting successes are global, varied and unusual, and include:
- Successfully turning around a major contract, from the end client’s initial notice of termination, through a major performance improvement programme involving implementation of structural project change, new processes and robust reporting, through to the end client rescinding the termination notice, extending the contract and underwriting the acquisition of new assets by our client.
- Managing the complexities of a significant offshore project in West Africa during the 2014 Ebola outbreak, involving constant liaison with all project personnel in-country and offshore managing their concerns and queries, preparing emergency processes and procedures specific to the unusual situation that the client was faced with, putting in place additional robust medical screening systems and ensuring that the project was able to continue seamlessly and that the end client remained 100% satisfied.
- Assisting a company set up at extremely short notice in a new country in a remote location, allowing them to service their recently-won contract there. This involved sourcing, choosing and negotiating with a local partner, setting up an entity and bank account in-country, applying for all relevant work permits and licences and negotiating cautiously through the red tape and bureaucratic headaches of a setting up in a new unknown territory.
